About the Role: This is a great opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to play a key role in providing high-quality care to residents, leading a full-time team with the efficiency, passion, and supportive leadership needed to thrive within the Garden City’s booming healthcare sector


Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Oversight: Manage care planning, evaluation, and medication management.

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach nursing and care teams.

• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and Accreditation Standards.

• Operational Support: Oversee rosters and clinical supply budgets

Benefits:

• $130,000- $140,000 (depending on experience) + Super + NFP salary package

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

• Proven management experience within the Aged Care sector.

• Infection Prevention Control (IPC) Qualification (Highly Preferred).

• Strong understanding of AN-ACC and Quality Standards.
